【International Academic Exchange! Top Scholars from Arizona State University (ASU) Visit NYCU 】
Yesterday (6/9), the College of Medicine at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) had the great honor of welcoming a distinguished delegation from Arizona State University (ASU)!
The delegation was led by Dr. Kenro Kusumi, Senior Vice Provost, Dean, and Professor of Biology at ASU’s The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Joining him were Dr. Denise Su, Associate Dean of Research and Professor of Anthropology; Dr. Stephen Pratt, Associate Director of Graduate Programs and Professor of Biology ; and Brittany Martin, Director of Development and Department of Humanities.
Connecting Strengths, Sparking Collaborations The meeting was moderated by Dr. Yi-Hsuan Lee (Vice Dean for Research). Attendees included Dr. Shuu-Jiun Wang (Dean of the College of Medicine) , Dr. Nicole Huang (Vice Dean for International Affairs) , Dr. Yu-Show Fu (Director of the Institute of Anatomy and Cell Biology) , Dr. Yu-Li Lo (Professor of the Institute of Pharmacology), Dr. Chih-Yu Yang (Director of Stem Cell Research Center), and Dr. Tsung-Yu Chen (Professor of Institute of Physiology). the ASU delegates engaged in fruitful discussions regarding mutual research interests and potential future collaborations with our prominent faculty members. The atmosphere was vibrant and warm, laying a solid foundation for deep academic integration between the two universities!
