實驗室活動

研究方向

主要興趣包括(1)臨床藥物及中藥對腎上腺皮質及性腺類固醇激素合成及分泌之藥理及毒理效應,(2)臨床藥物及中藥對人前列腺癌及乳癌細胞增生及細胞週期之效應,(3)大鼠胃排空及小腸傳輸之激素及藥物調節,(4)運動或低氧訓練對大鼠激素、骨骼肌蛋白或免疫系統之影響。主要利用放射免疫測定法分析蛋白激素及類固醇激素之濃度,並利用西方點墨法及RT-PCR技術檢測蛋白表現及基因表現。目前實驗室有研究助理、碩士生、博士生、博士後研究員以及合作教師一起參與上述研究,並與台北榮總內科部的婦產部和泌尿外科,以及台北市立醫院陽明院區之一般外科、眼科及胸腔科進行多年的合作。
